The Altán restaurant at the Prague Zoo and Botanical Garden  

The pleasant Altán restaurant is located directly at the entrance to the zoo and Prague Botanical Garden in the tranquil environment of the Prague quarter Troja, opposite Chateau Troja. 

Just a few steps away from our restaurant is the entrance to the Prague Zoo or the Botanical Garden and its Fata Morgana greenhouse, which offers a tour of flora from the entire world in various climate conditions.  We will be pleased to also arrange a night tour of the Prague Zoo.        After a stroll in the zoo or botanical garden, refreshments are more than appropriate. At the Altán restaurant, we offer lunch and dinner either inside the stylish restaurant or if the weather is favourable, you can sit outside on our outdoor summer terrace and enjoy your meal in the pleasant shade of majestic chestnut trees. At noon, you will find the lunch menu and ready-to-eat meals.

The restaurant can also be used for other purposes, such as company events, press conferences, lectures, presentations, training, and also family celebrations, weddings or christening parties. The restaurant is conveniently located so that your celebration will not disturb anyone and can thus continue well into the night. We can even prepare your event made-to-measure, just tell us what you want and our team of professionals will realise it for you.  

PLEASANT SITTING  IN THE GARDEN!  In summer, you can take advantage of the pleasant sitting arrangement on the outdoor summer terrace, grilling or sipping a glass of wine or pint of beer.
